I have been doing Kaplan's QBank and have been scoring low 50s to low 60s.
My average is 55% at the moment with 30% done.
I am pretty worried at this point and just am wondering how hard is it really when compared to actual NCLEX test?

I felt Kaplan Q-bank was difficult. I only got 53% on my q-banks. I ended up passing NCLEX-RN in 75 questions. I wouldn't say NCLEX-RN was harder but Kaplan is closest to it as far as how the questions are formatted. NCLEX-RN is just "different", more vague, I feel. But I also took it in Feb. 2013 so I am not sure how it compares now. Try to aim for 60% and above on Q Trainers 6 and 7 then you are ready.
