How to get RN in USA after studying RGN in UK

Hi everybody

I hope you could answer my questions. I am trying to find out where in UK i can find accredited organization to top up qualification from Adult nursing to General nursing. In order to sit NCLEX exam i need to have sufficient amout of hours of theory and practice in Gyn/Obsteteric, Mental Health and Pediatric. Where to get them in UK? how long it takes and how much it costs?

I will be very thankful for advices.

I think you will find there is no where in the UK that offers these make up courses. There used to be Brighton I think but with retrogression and the several years wait fora immigrant visa I believe they no longer do it.
