Be confident in your abilities. You will do just fine. I remember when I gave my first injection, I was elated for the rest of the day. It was the greatest feeling. I was finally able to do something, rather than just reading about it.
Review safety for giving injections, especially insulin injections. If you are not comfortable in doing anything in your clinicals, tell the nurse that you would prefer to shadow and observe until you are more comfortable. Ask lots of questions and take notes. I used to bring my drug guide with me so I could look up the medications that I was uncertain of.
Good luck!

Just remember: Your instructor is there for you, ask questions if you feel unsure so you dont make mistakes:) Within a couple weeks it will be like second nature to you:)
