How do you get answers to GORDON'S FHP in conversation?

Our school demands that to get all the answers to Gordon's FHP we need to get all the information from conversations with the patient. I just can't fit it all in. How does anyone else get all the questions in???

make a sheet with all the pertinent questions that apply to the 11 health patterns on it so you have a guide to follow. you are performing an assessment. when you are engaged in conversation with a patient you are pretty much doing a ros (review of systems)--collecting health history on them.
