How to find a person's address in London?

I just read this article about unbelievably tragic death of a Nurse:

I am a Registered Nurse, BSN here in the USA who graduated with high honors and was subsequently pushed very, very close toward that line of no return twice during my first year after school, and, as I concluded from the info available in press, under very similar circumstances. I made it out of there, by the grace of the God. I am just sitting and praying and crying my eyes out now, because it is just so incredibly sad.

I wish I could send the surviving partner of Nurse Abdullah a condolence card. All information I could find about this gentleman in media articles is that his name is Terence Skitmore, aged 62 and that he is from in Notting Hill, West London. Unfortunately, I cannot use social media (due to my husband's work security). I do not know if it is possible, but if any of you could send me by private mail the postal address of this gentleman, I would be thankful forever. I was in London more than once and remember that there is something like White Pages there and 192.co.uk found two persons with the same name within the area, so I cannot figure out the right one.
