Due to the horrible condition of home health these days, I have switched jobs a few times in the last year. I'm just trying to find an agency that follows the rules, doesn't work you to death, pays decent, and has patients in my area. It would be good if the manager didn't have a narcissistic personality disorder. But that may be too much to ask for. Anyway, now I am trying to get OUT of home health altogether but its hard to explain in interviews why I've switched jobs a lot. Any advice?
