Hey Everyone!!

I was just wondering if you could give me some advice. I'm in the second semester of the RPN program in Toronto right now. I finished first semester with a gpa of 4.0 . Now that should be encouraging but its well known that the second semester of the program will make or break you. I know I can do it but everytime I dont get a skill right on I get really discouraged, start to panic and have a million scenerios run through my head of how I'm going to fail.

I get depressed and really stressed and worried to the point where I have this pain in my head coming on. The last time this happened I practicing percussions for physical assessment and the instructor came around and said i was doing it extremley wrong and then within 5 seconds of talking to me said i went from a fail to a "pass" but not a good pass at only 60 percent (this was not graded but just an exercise) I got extremley discouraged. and now im worrying like crazy if this is a sign of things to come.

I cant seem to stop the continous panic and worry if I dont get the skill the first time. Does anyone have any strategies for coping and moving the hell on?
