Okay, so I registered and opened an account with Pearson VUE and filled out all of the requirements like my name, address, and phone number. I want to know, how can I have my phone number changed?
I called them before and sadly, they said that I can't have my phone number changed because I already provided them with one. Ugh....

I just did a quick search online and found this page: Customer Service :: CompTIA
There's a "Chat Online" option that might be helpful, if you can clearly and concisely explain in a chat dialogue box what it is you're trying to do.

Actually, I learned that when you're gonna have your name, address, and phone number changed, you're gonna have to send it to them by mail. By that, you have to write it down and send it to them physically.
