How can an international nursing student get a green card by practising nursing?

My name is Williams Trang. I am transfering to a university for a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN). My main concern is to become a permanent resident by becoming a registered nurse. I already have someone to admit me to his hospital after graduation, but I still don't know the detailed step by step. Could anyone tell what how to reach the goal?
