How can I work remotely and earn 100K per year?

I have been a nurse for 21years. I have done just about everything but mainly administrative such as Assistan director of nurses, mds coding, quality management, documentation sort of things. Due to some health concerns I would like to work from home. As a RN what can I convert to in nursing working from home to make 100,000 est. do I need to get a certification of some sort?
