How can I decide if the job offer is good?

I have been accepted for a job opportunity in USA. I have passed already CGFNS, TOEFL & TWE and applied for visa screen. ( my TSE exam Feb 19)

the HR told me that they sent me a job offer by registered mail and I have to review it and discuss the terms and if I accept it...they will forward my documets to the USCIS for an I-140 petition. All that I know till now that the job will be in RI, NJ or NY.

My question is..how can I determine if the job offer is good when I review it ? plz I need your help..ty
