How can i get NMC overseas verification from Saudi nursing Council

Hi friends i am jasmine,came to know about this site last day..I hope that someone could help me to solve my Saudi registration related issue...I worked in KSA from January 2015 to May 2016...As part of Saudi visa processing I have completed data flow and cleared Saudi pro-metric exam from my home country itself(INDIA)..After reaching KSA as advised by Saudi council for Health Specialties, again done my professional experience based data flow..I received my Saudi registration card and professional accreditation certificate after this....I resigned from KSA in 2016 and my registration expired in march 2018...Now I am trying to register with Nursing and Midwifery Council, UNITED KINGDOM...I have already completed the preliminary stages of NMC application and in the documentation part I encountered with some issues related to Saudi registration..Even though I worked in a Saudi ministry hospital with valid license,the Saudi council is unable to accept my registration verification form as part of overseas verification...I have approached SCFHS office in RIYADH many times through my representative and the council authority is repeating the same thing that my data is not found in the system..Still i do not know what they really mean and they are unable to convey the reason behind this through proper communication..Complaint registered but issue remains as same...How come my professional registration data is missing in their system when I am registered with them? i have all the original registration related documents(Registartion certificate/registartion Card /dataflow completion report/hospital exp certificate/Saudi PCC). Is this the mistake from my side or theirs? I just want to know that whether someone encountered with the same issue and if so how it rectified?

Now my career ,Future everything stuck because of this. Please some one help me to resolve this ..thanks in advance.

I have the same related issue i didnt even have a council card because when i resigned i didnt had this council card

Hi Jasmine,

Do you remember your login ID and Password for SCFHS portal. If so you can apply through online for good standing certificate from the portal and this certificate would serve the purpose I believe.
