How to become a Registered Nurse other than the BSN

Nursing Students ADN/BSN

I would really like to become a Registered Nurse, if I get my Associates Degree in Nursing and become a Registered nurse can I later on in the future get my BSN? Or is it better to go straight to the BSN program?

You can certainly go back and complete your BSN later, but since your are 17 I would recommend you go straight through in the first place.

Like the above poster says, you certainly can get your ADN and go back for a BSN later but if you have the time and support and finances to get your BSN now, it would be a good idea. I did that and do not regret it for a second.
