How to become a nurse in Virginia

Hi! I am a nursing graduate and a licensed Nurse from the Philippines but I don’t have any hospital work experience back home. I am currently in Canada working in a group home. I wanted to apply as a Nurse in Virginia, is there anyone here that can explain to me the process and if it is possible? I just started exploring about this so I don’t have any idea. Your thoughts is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
