Houston Baptist University Fall 2018

Hey y'all! I haven't seen a forum for HBU Fall 2018 so I thought I'd start one. I really liked the school when I visited. I have heard that the program is very challenging, but then again it is nursing school so I wouldn't expect much less. I got accepted to Houston Baptist University as a transfer in December and just submitted my application to the nursing school a couple weeks ago. My stats are:

Overall GPA: 3.3

Science GPA: 3.0

HESI: 94.5, CT 850

Hi! I applied for Fall 2018 as well :) I am so glad you started a forum!

My stats:

Overall GPA: 3.8

Science GPA: 3.7

HESI: 86 CT: 890

Your stats are great as well! :) It is my first choice so I'm extremely nervous!! Is it yours? Also, we hear back soon right? I was told we would recieve an email in April but not sure when, the waiting game is so hard!! I've been checking my email non stop everyday!

It's my first choice too!!! I was told and have heard from other people that have been accepted in the past that they usually take about a month from the deadline to send out emails, so I think we should hear back within the next week! I've been refreshing my email so much too!

Overall GPA: 3.8

HESI: 92

CT: 750

I'm kind of nervous about my critical thinking score because I know it's on the lower end... lol

Your stats are great!!! I don't think you should worry about your CT, they don't require a minimum score! I also applied to UTMB and Mary Hardin Baylor, and I got accepted to Mary Hardin last week. But HBU is my first choice :)
