This is to follow-up with others seeking residency positions in Houston area for Spring 2026 (starting February)

Those were not my preferred units, but they offered me to interview for one of those two. Also, im external!

This happened for me, too! I hope everything went well for your interview! Do you know when we are supposed to hear back from them?

I unfortunately got a rejection email after my prescreening interview with Baytown medsurge. When I logged in to look at my applications for Baytown it said my application was closed due to them trying to reach out to me multiple times with no answer but they never tried to reach out to me. I only received a rejection email no other emails or calls. I am just worried if I try to ever reapply to that location that will look negatively on me. Did this happen to anyone else? 

Don't worry. I don't think this will have any negative impact on your future applications.

Hey sorry one more thing. Did PICU say when they would get back to us with offers or rejections? I know it has to be by next week but did they confirm

any calls for interviews made for NICU or ED at TCH TMC for externals? Im getting worried now...

Got an official offer at CMH today. Interview was earlier this week. They are moving pretty fast after interviews it seems.
