I have recently been accepted into an accelerated nursing program and I would love to move to the west coast to start my career when I'm finished, specifically in Washington State. However, it would be ideal to find a hospital that will offer some sort of assistance in exchange for a commitment. I was wondering if anyone knows of any programs in the Seattle-Tacoma area or anywhere in Washington. My research has not left me with much hope. Thank you!

I am a little confused by your terminology. Tuition assistance is a benefit offered by most hospitals - it is intended to help pay for additional education for their employees. You usually have to be employed for a period of time to become eligible, and the amount is normally pro-rated depending on whether you are full-time or not. It is not a tuition repayment program for education that they have already received. Is this what you are looking for? If so, this is pretty much limited to rural hospitals right now - or others that find it very difficult to recruit nurses.
The job situation in the NW is pretty grim also. Please make sure you have a job lined up before making the move.
