Hospitals that pay for ADN/BSN

After reading through the board, I was excited to see that some hospitals will help you in paying for your ADN. I live in Frisco, so I started looking at local hospitals that offered this. The one that initially caught my eye was MC Lewisville. I know the job market is incredibly tight, so I wanted to see if anyone has recently been able to apply and get hired at one of these facilities. I also wanted to get a feel on if you were hired blindly or if you really needed a referral from someone already working at that hospital. I'm finishing my pre-reqs at Collin and already have 112 credits towards a BA in Psychology at UNT, so I really wanted to start at TWU ASAP. I just want to avoid taking loans if I can, and I would love to start working somewhere and then transition into a nurse while already being familiar with the environment there.
