Hospitals in Metro Manila Currently Hiring Nurse Applicants

Published

Hi everyone! I've visited a particular thread with the list of requirements for application, however, I wish to know which hospitals are currently open to hire and absorb nurses. :specs:

did you go to the hospital? how was it? are they still accepting applicants?

Nope, didn't go there at all. To be honest, I am located REALLY far from this hospital. I MIGHT go there this coming week. You may try going there too. I think I wrote the number of CHMC on my 1st post in this thread too.

hi..read your message late before posting mine..anyway, i would love to..i'm from the province so i am gathering more info regarding chmc before going there..just like you i'd better call first cause it wil cost me much if i will only have negative results in the end..i would like to know if volunteer is accepted there..anyway thankyou..:)

iam new to this..do u know any hospital which has free volunteer nurse service/training program? thank you?

Haha! :lol2:) training is already ongoing. No announcement yet as to when they will start accepting applications again for next year. Contact number is ******.:coollook:

@OptimisticRN & Nurse Ian,

May I ask if you two had prior work experience as nurses? That's what the lady told me when I called CHMC. I need to have 1 year work experience. :crying2: Didn't bother going there if only I'd be rejected. Just imagine the money and the effort for that only to be told I don't qualify at all. :uhoh3: So just to be sure, I am asking this question. Hope you can respond ASAP. Thanks! :)

Hi sugarplum,

with regards to your concern if i have a 1 year experience , i dont have a solid 1 year experience but i am a volunteer in a tertiary hospital hemodialysis unit for more than 6 mos till now..... I have many friends who doesnt have any experience who already passed there credentials last July 2010.... I guess 2 mos ago they are not strict with the compliance of 1 year experience.... They only said to us that preferably with 1 experience or a volunteer in a hospital is a plus factor but it is not required..... I guess they have many applicants already that's why they become strict with the qualification..

This is only my point of view

I hope it enlightens you

Yeah,I had a work experience before but as a novice nurse..Where are you from by the way? Don't worry just try to pass your resume there even if you don't have work experience. When you pass your credentials they don't bother to ask you if you have COE. As long as it's complete..but try to call first for the verification of that dilemma of yours so as not to waste your time,effort and money.

Hope that helps!!

Cheers!
