Hi all,:heartbeat

I am looking forward to move to Texas, Houston and I have no idea about the hospitals in that area. I am specifically looking for hospitals close to South Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston. Please guide me to find a good place to work as an RN. I would be more than happy to hear from you all. Thanks in advance. :nurse:

Any suggestions!!!! please help!

Specializes in 0 as RN, 3 in ICU and Tele as Tech.

To my knowledge, and I am a native Houstonian, there are no hospitals close to South Dairy Ashford. The closest that I can think of is Memorial Hermann Memorial City... I've worked in the Memorial system twice before and found it great, they suck with bonuses and so forth, but it's a great hospital system for learning and growing. Try going to www.mhhs.org. HTH.

I am not real sure what is considered "south" dairy Ashford road, but there is West Houston Hospital (an HCA hospital) at Dairy Ashford and Richmond.

Thanks Texas Tee for the information. I will look over the web site. Is West Houston Medical Center close to South Dairy Ashford Rd. I will highly appreciate your reply.

Thanks smpbyram,

I will look over West Houston Medical Center. Is the hospital good to work ???? Please guide me through this.

I don't know. I live at Dairy Ashford and Memorial. I have no idea if that is South Dairy Ashford or not. I have never heard anyone refer to Dairy Ashford as "South Dairy Ashford". Do you have a cross street to reference to, because Dairy Ashford is a long street. It starts at 1-10 and runs several miles.

I did a clinical there for nursing school, and it seemed o.k. I don't really have anything to compare it to other than Memorial City Memorial Hermann. It was o.k., I guess
