Hospitalized as a Minor???

LONG story short: I'm a student taking my basics for nursing school. I was looking over the application and a question asks: have you ever been treated for substance abuse. About a year ago, my parents placed me in inpatient rehab because they caught me smoking Marijuana in Highschool. I was 16 at the time. Do I have to disclose this information, being as I was a minor? I have no criminal record. Also, does this show up on my medical records? Even though I was aminor. Thanks for the help!!!

    You absolutely should not and do not need to disclose that. You can bet that will affect the way you are looked at. As long as there is no issue, those are your own personal medical records.
