In the hospital, you can gain valuable experience in all areas of nursing. You can sharpen your skills in a hospital. You are paid more than in an office.

In an office, there is usually no weekends and no holiday work. Also, usually no overtime. Your skills can get rusty, too, if you do not keep them up somehow.
