which hospital has the best nurse grad. orientation?

Out of all the hospital in the metro Detroit area, in your opinion, which hospital has a good new grad. orientation. I've been a ER tech for over 15 years, and now the idea of transitioning to Registered Nurse is becoming overwhelming. any and all replies are appreciated!!!!!!!!!

Specializes in Emergency, Critical Care (CEN, CCRN).

If you're planning on continuing in emergency, WBH-Troy's EC orientation is outstanding. It's also a very GN-friendly department, which is a big plus if you're still gaining experience and confidence in the nursing role.
