When did you interview?

I didn’t? I didn’t get invited. IDK if that was their way of saying I wasn’t going to get invited?

You seem to have the right credentials, I think it depends on the type of ICU experience though.  As long as it's an intense ICU with high acuity patients and devices you should be golden.

Well I have a 3.7 GPA, work in CTICU, for 4 years. High acuity, lots of autonomy, loads of devices, transplants, ect., had good letters of rec, volunteering, committees, have my CCRN and CSC, and shadowed 40 hours also, and I just found out I was not invited for an interview. So it’s anyones game.

Have not received an invite for interview or notification... waitlisted last year ...love this institution and all of their ideals.

Impatiently waiting and hoping, praying.

And boy the cticu RN sounded like a great candidate. We never know ... I support what was said - you will be great when you do accepted. Stay positive and stay in the game.
