Hopefull but loosing hope

Hi All nurses,

I have been applying to nursing jobs last semester of nursing school for my ADN. I am currently enrolled in a BSN program that should start in March. I currently work at a doctors office as a medical assistant and I also work at a hospital as a PCT. The hospital does not hire new grads with ADN's. I am feeling upset about the prospects of using my RN for anything but being a well knowledge tech in a hospital for the next few years. I have been looking anywhere between RI, CT, MA, and ME for RN jobs. if anybody has anything that is helpful I will be more then willing to listen and take the advice. I have not been excluding nursing homes, LTAC's, senior homes, or even call places. I hope to hear from people soon.
