where's the HOPE for new lpn grads in Nyc?

If New LPNs are required to have at least 1 yr. experience to get a job or to get into the Rn program.where and

how do we get this experience if employers are not giving us the opportunity to demonstrate or build upon our knowledge?

I guess by volunteering. I'm in NYC and I am not looking forward to it. They make it so hard to get ones foot in the door!!

how do we get this experience

I relocated out of state to get my first LPN job. There is no nursing shortage, so you have to adapt in order to keep from losing the race. Good luck to you.
