Do you mean you want to work for patients without being an agency employee? If so, then you should gather together info from your references and place an ad in the paper. You might want to make a sample copy of the contract you want to use. You can also start putting informational fliers at various places where potential clients might see them. If you want to work for a home health agency, all you have to do is go apply at the agencies in your area. Any of them would probably be happy to have you as an employee.
