I personally greatly dislike when these forums are full of head hunters just posting jobs so be assured this is NOT why I'm making this post but I am looking for help.

My partner and I are both healthcare professionals, I'm a family NP and my partner is a pharmacist, We have started a new home care company for a few reasons but mostly because after my experience as a care coordinator / case manager and senior center volunteer and his recent experience with his mom passing away and the care she received... we felt we could fill a gap and improve care for people in need.

That being said we are NOT professional home care people.. that is both a blessing and a curse. We are not set in our ways and feel as we "know it all" but this in-experience makes a difficult learning curve. We have hired a company to help us with the policies and procedures to work through our medicare certification.. but what we lack is true "boots on the ground" experience.

Getting our first 10 patients, Oasis etc etc... is a daunting task. We are looking for a person/s that want to be part of a startup, a chance to do things the right way from the start and want to be part of building such an organization. We are not looking to get rich quick nor are we trying to keep any of that success to ourselves. We want the right people who are as dedicated to making a change as we are and would like to help build a better organization.
