Home health nursing

Question about other Home health nurses and/or case managers.

What is your pay?

What is your caseload?

Trying to figure out if we are being taken advantage of or if what we are doing is normal.

Thank you in advance.

I am full time salaried RN, my caseload ebbs and flows but usually 15-30 patients shared with a LPN who handles the majority of routine care. $74k/yr

Thank you very much. It is as I thought. I'm thinking cost of living in your state may be higher but, it's still $20,000 more than me. And I am required to do 30pts. a week sTarts, discharges, recerts etc... sometimes count as a pt and a half or two. Working on getting a LPN but sadly that won't lower the numbers but it may free up SN visits.
