Home Health- New Grad Houston

I'm looking into home health as a new grad. I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a company that had a solid training program as this will be my first job. I'd love to work in a hospital and do a residency to learn all the things I need to but childcare is limiting my options. So I am looking at home health. I've seen a few companies say they welcome new grads but I'd like some personal experience with a company that has good support and training. Thank you!
