My final interview is with the medsurg team at Houston Methodist Willowbrook. Any tips? The panel will be leaders from observation, m/s tele, m/s oncology, m/s neuro IMU, m/s Surg IMU, and m/s ortho observation.

I can relate to you, being introverted with anxiety and questioning whether I actually want to be a nurse. I have a question. What is your advice for interviewing? I'm afraid my introversion and some shyness will make me look bad and lack of enthusiasm. I cant stop second-guessing myself and talking myself out of applying to jobs for fear of the interviews.

Do you have any tips on getting a PICU job. Did you have experience in school?

Can anyone describe what the prescreening interviews are like? What do they ask you? What should you ask them?

RN Simmy, why did you turn down perioperative? I have a prescreening interview for it tomorrow morning. I responded to their email for scheduling it and asked them to verify with me 2 weeks ago. They never responded and I don’t like that. Red flag?
