Holy Family University ABSN Fall 2019

Published

I submitted my Holy Family University ABSN application for Fall 2019 and wanted to create a thread to talk to others that have also applied.

Hi! I also applied today, so hopefully we are still considered for the priority deadline. Also, I am missing one ore req and I was hoping I take it over the summer before the start date! I’m not sure if this would still qualify me as a Fall candidate, but hopefully!

On the website it says you just need 3/5 pre-reqs before applying and then can send the rest before enrollment so I think you should be fine for Fall 19!

Perfect! I just hope they still consider my application for priority enrollment if I just sent everything today. & my check in the mail for the app fee ? UGH STRESSED

I did that with another school and they said as long as mail is post marked by the due date they accept it, so fingers crossed for you! Are you from PA?

Yes! I live about 2 hours outside Philadelphia!

Hi! I applied as well, in early January. I'm missing 2 pre-reqs (A&P 2 and nutrition) and don't have any health care exp. I'm so nervous!! HFU is my top choice.

HFU is one of my top choices as well! Where else have you applied?

Also, do you have any idea of when we might hear an admissions decision?

Hi @beckytay, literally nowhere else. HFU is the closest to my house and is the best pricing so I've put all my hopes in this one school. stressful ?. What about you?

From reading all of the past threads, it looks like priority-deadline people start hearing back between Feb 20- early March!

Ah that makes sense - fingers crossed for you!

I applied all over but I went to undergrad in Philly and interned at 2 hospitals there so I'm hoping to go back.

& okay good, this wait is killing me.

I applied for the priority deadline too I'm nervous so I'm just trying not to think about it. I really do hope we hear back that soon though
