I have an interview scheduled this week after just submitting my application on 1/30 ... my casper isn't until 2/15 though... do I even have a chance?

Hi everyone! For those of you who interviewed for phase 2, can you please share some details on your experience. I will be reviewing CCRN material but am not sure if it's going to be a panel of questions and answers or scenario based questions. Thank you!

Random- how long after your phase 1 interview did you receive word on your phase 2?

Hey! I received an interview for phase 2 today. For anyone who wants the timeline, I interviewed this past Thursday for phase 1. So technically, I got a response 2 business days later.

Same- I interviewed this past Thursday for phase 1 and heard back yesterday regarding phase 2.

SO anxious! I hope your preparation is going well!

I've been a nurse for about 6 years. I have about 4 of those years of ICU experience. In total, I did 2 years in MICU and now 2 years in CTICU.

Oh wow nice thanks for the reply- so when is the phase 2 scheduled for? Im really nervous I hope I get a reply soon

I have my phase 2 interview Feb 20 as well. 5.5 years as a nurse, 3 in the SICU.

Did anyone get a phase 2 interview without completing the Casper? Or did everyone complete theirs already?
