Hello,
I wanted to know if anyone has experience getting out of a 2 year contract with HOAG. I am hesitant to accept offer and sign their agreement. Anything can happen in 2 years and to pay back the 4K plus for having to leave sounds awful. I have heard through the grape vine that its just a scare tactic and that people have gotten out of it before. I would hate for my husband to get relocated for work or have to tend to a family matter full time and get stuck paying fees to leave... Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thank you!!!

If we only knew what HOAG is.
And what I think you're asking us is how to sign a legal contract without planning to honor it? Folks like you keep the legal profession alive & well. Legal contracts are "scare tactics"? Hmmm.......
Hope that's not your real name 'cause I would really *hate* for your potential new employer to get wind of your plan to deceive them and withdraw your contract offer.
That's my feedback.
