Hoag Clinical Nurse I info for New Grads

Hello! I have been applying to most of the clinical nurse I positions at Hoag Irvine and Newport . I keep receiving emails from them saying that I am better fitted for the Patient Tech/nurse support positions, and remind me to read the positions carefully before apply. I definitely only apply to clinical nurse I. I am a new grad with experience as a midwife assistant and working in a IV hydration clinic as well. Has anyone received this type of reply?

Make sure you note if you have your RN license.  If you don't have a license, then you can't apply for an RN role

Also make sure that you are applying for the appropriate level.  Some positions that say 1 year or less, or are specific to new grads would be appropriate.  If you are applying for positions that say 2 or more years, those would not be appropriate since you do not have the 2 years RN experience.
