Hiring process at Morris View Healthcare Center

I was recently given a verbal offer for a full time position at Morris View Healthcare Center as a professional registered nurse, which I accepted. A written offer has not been sent to me because the local Morris County Freeholders have not voted/approved of the position yet.

Can anyone give me any insight as if this is "normal" for Morris View? Thank you in advance.

When did you get the verbal ok? Freeholders meet twice a month - their last meeting was last Wednesday.

If it's been a while it may be worth giving the a call or county HR.

I've spoken with Morris View already. HR said it may take a while and couldn't give me a time frame. I was hoping someone that actually works/worked at Morris View could give me some "inside information."
