What are the top 5 most asked questions when interviewing for CNA employees?

#1 Safety. What will you do if you find someone unresponsive? Questions like that. What do you do if you drop a pt?

#2 How do you handle problems? Describe a problem and how you handled it.

#3 How do you work in a team and describe a time when you have?

#4 What do you offer our healthcare team?

#5 What are your goals?

Thank you notes are always nice...esp those cards that come with Starbucks gift cards....just kidding....not really :chuckle
