High tech visits?

Does anybody know where I can find out what types of visits are considered high tech for home health visits?

A thread that addressed this issue a few days ago brought responses that indicate that different agencies have different policies. Do not know where there is anything definitive to answer this question. Probably why there are different policies.

For our agency these include, but are not limited to, : IV cases, VAC wound care, complex wound care etc.
