High School Senior in search of nurse to shadow

I'm a high school senior that lives in Oakland and goes to Oakland High school on Macarthur BLVD. I was wondering if there are any nurses avaliable that I could shadow for a couple of hours? Doing this shadowing would be for my senior project that is required to be completed in order for a person to geaduate from high school.

If there is some one who would be willing to let me shadow them, please send me a message.

that kinda sucks that you havent had a single response yet. i'll respond and say that if i were working in your area, i'd love to have you shadow me. however, i'm sitting in TX right now looking for my next travel nursing assignment. good luck finding someone. :nurse:

Probably best to CALL the HR department of any Oakland area hospital. Explain your situation and I think they will be able to hook you up. Nurses aren't allowed to just bring someone to work with out unit manager agreement, so better to get agreement from the higher ups before asking individual nurses

I'm about a 2 hour drive from Oakland. I'd love to help you but it's probably too far away. Good idea to call HR or even the nurse recruiter at your chosen facility. Good luck!
