Do you think there is a some kind of a hierarchy between nurses, and nurse-patient relationship? What do you people think?

You may want to expand your question a little. But, from what I believe you are asking is that nurses are in a position of power, less than the doc, but higher than the patient. So, yes. However, nursing and other movements have encouraged patients to become more empowered by speaking up, given choices in their care, and questioning treatment. Some would say that the balance has tilted to the other extreme via "customer service", empowering patients too much...leaving nurses in the role of mere servants. You see both sides of this back and forth related to the issue of power...you even see it in our forum discussions. Just my 2 cents.
