I am working as a RN in UK and I am planning to move from here and I am thinking of either USA or Australia .. if someone can guide me about the salary and scope for future progress as I got 6 years experience in Surgical ..and I have heard the immigration process to USA has become very complicated is that true not to opt for USA .. please if someone can through a little light on this topic and guide me please

Immigration has not changed, actually it is even easier than a few years ago. But the biggest issue that you have is whether or not your training will meet the requirements that are now needed. You need to have hours, both clinical and theory in all of the required areas, and the UK training no longer provides that. There are just a couple of programs that do that in the entire country.

Nurses from Australia also need to make up the hours.
