What exactly are you having trouble with?

Whoa, yeah such a broad subject. Just for starters would recommend understanding anatomy and physiology as well the most prevalent cardiac illnesses and their treatments: coronary artery disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, etc.
