Hi there, I didn't have to take A&P but there were a few A&P questions in the Bio section so yes it was challenging, this test is NOT easy, it is for real and I used all of that 4 hrs we had. The vocab, grammar and reading comprehension were not a walks in the park either and I'm good in English, they made me sit up and pay attention. The math, not bad but tedious and took about an hour to finish. All in all, study for this like 3 mths out, that's my best advice if you want to cream it.
I'm taking the practice test next Wednesday in Michigan at Macomb Community College...afraid there will be physics and chemistry on the exam because of what was in the practice book! We are not required to take a physics or chemistry course for the Nursing program...did any of you have chemistry or physics on your exams?
One of the app's I used on my Ipad was from McGraw Hill. go to the itunes store and search Hesi. You will find it. It comes in book form as well. You can also use quizlet on your iphone to help learn vocabulary, conversions, practice grammar and such. Once you are on quizlet search for other users Hesi flash cards and you will find a ton of information. You can also join some of the online Hesi study groups on quizlet. It's free. I also used the Elsevier 3rd Edition book. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Since no one has posted...I'll go ahead, just did he HESI hoping to get into Bergen Community College and although it was a challenge, the test was not easy peasy...I managed to get 93, fingers crossed. The Bio was challenging, be prepared to access your long term storage memories for that, the reading comprehension, long and overall, I used every bit of that 4 hrs. Good luck to all, this was not easy though.
