I was wondering if anyone had taken the HESI exit exam V5? If so do you think you could help me out on how to prepare a little for it or something. Anything will help at this time . Thanks!

I would recommend buying a review book designed for the HESI. NCLEX books are not the same in my opinion. Do as many questions that you possibly can and if you run out of them go buy a different book or switch with a classmate. My prof. once told me that you should be doing almost 1000 questions per week. Mark which ones you get wrong and look up the rationale and understand it.

WOW that's a lot of questions....Personally, I felt that the sanuder's guide to NCLEX and doing about 200 questions a week were enough for me personally. However, I also read the NCLEX review book by kaplan, in terms of test taking strategies.....Passed 1st time with a 922.....If you aren't doing questions, you've got a lot of work to do. Like anything else, you only get better with practice!
