I was wondering if anyone had taken the HESI exit exam V5? If so do you think you could help me out on how to prepare a little for it or something. Anything will help at this time . Thanks!

I am not sure what the V5 stands for, but I studied Saunders NCLEX review and the Hesi NCLEX book http://www.amazon.com/NCLEX-RN%C2%AE-Review-HESI-StudyWare-CD-ROM/dp/1416040781/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1211540927&sr=8-2.

I hope this helps, good luck!!

nclex 3500 and lippincott's review for the nclex rn. I used the reviews and rationales in the beginning for my regular hesi's because our school makes us take a hesi exam after each class. But for the final exit hesi, i started spent 5 days studying for it because i do 3 12s a week and had other things to do so all i studied from was the nclex 3500. i used the review mode because i needed to learn from the rationales. I know an 85% = 850 and 87% = 950. i'm usually in the 99t percentile for all the regular hesi's but for the exit, i had a 98.xx%.

Did i think i did good when i came out? no, i was crying because i spent time working the weekend. However, i work night shift so i accessed the institutional version at work and did questions. i have a link for the institutional version if you want it. i actually use my own copy because i like to do all the questions on a topic instead of choosing just a few number of questions. the instituonal version locks you out after about 15 or 20minutes of inactivity. if you have the personal copy, that wouldn't happen.

Good luck and don't read into the questions.
