HESI A2 Reference sheet provided for testing? (+ calculator question)

Hello,

* I will be taking the HESI A2 in January and am currently studying and preparing for the test. I was wondering, is a reference sheet provided for the exam? I am talking about a reference sheet containing info such as formulas for physics, chemistry, and math.*

Also, is a calculator provided for each and every math problem (regardless of level of*difficulty)?

    You get a calculator, either on the computer or a handheld. You have the use of it for the entire test.

    I can't remember getting any formulas, though. I don't think we got any.
