Hello everyone,
I'm an LPN in Georgia and I'm thinking of enrolling at Herzing University for their LPN to RN bridge program. I will have to drive 2 hours to get to the Birmingham, Alabama campus because the bridge program is not offered here in Atlanta. I have read some mixed reviews online and before I make the huge sacrifice I'm trying to gather more information. Can anyone offer first hand reviews on their experience at this school? How is the program overall? The professors? The cost? Did you feel prepared at the end of the program for NCLEX? ETC...
Thank you

Hi there, look at Herzing's website for more information about the programs. You can also call Herzing University's direct number to speak with an advisor to ask detailed questions about the program (800) 596-0724. As for the questions you addressed to Herzing students, check out the online Facebook page. You can ask questions on their page and hopefully get a response from the online students. Hi hope all is going well. I live in Alabama and is thinking about attending Herzing. Are you going through with the bridge program yet? Is there a way that you can apply for their RN program in Atlanta? While still being an LPN or will that let you transfer credits to your RN at the school you went for as an LPN?

I am a Lpn who attends Herzing. I would not take this class. My class started with 47 students. Half of us passed Advanced Pharmacology. You are paying double the amount to attend that school compared to a community college. They try to make the program so hard. Yes people pass the Nclex from the school with 98% passing rate. It be only a class of 10 or less to finish the program. Which is dum because you are losing students when you fail them. They don't even remediate. It is not set for you to pass but to fail so you can continue to spend more money to retake classes in order to move on. Wasted my money and time.
Im sorry to hear that. How long were you in the program? Just a couple of months? I am set to start in Sept in Alabama and realize that its a fast pace school since classes are only between 6 weeks to 8 weeks opposed to a full 3 months. Im sure its a lot of craming in work.
