working in LTC for past 12 years cokumbiana co. as LPN I love to see those who are moving on to their RNs I am not certain Mrs Rankin really had a favorite but after I graduated and went to work we got a trach pt at our facility all the other nurses where saying ,I can't, its been too long, I don't know how any more and me brand new nurse fresh out of school state "I'll do it I just did a rotation with a trach I don't mind at all!!!' I then inserviced all the 3-11 to the trach again I called Mrs Rankin at home and thanked her for letting me be on that case for so long,,, at the time I thought she was picking on me it was a very difficult case and sad she then told me "the family requested you, they trusted you. She is a great teacher.
