are they?? Something new that we have not been educated about. This is a 400 bed hospital. Our education department is some old ladies who have worked as nurses for 30 years, instead of retiring , they went to education, where they do the orientation thing to new employees.

So, no education for us working the floors.

Our diabetic patients are coming in very ill with infected lifesites, and having them surgically removed.

How do they work?? What are they??
