my topic is a bout a "patient post gastric bypass whose children are obese" i know that after this kind of surgery the patient cant lift more than 1 kg, and obese kids normally are heavier than that, but after that i do not what el se to say for life change and physical adaptation to the home enviroment

So what are you planning on using for nursing diagnoses? What have you been taught in school about writing care plans?

normally our care plans are for diseases we never actually made a teaching care plan and this was given to us on the first day of classes, I believe that the teacher will talk about but i want to know more beforehand to amplify my understanding for when the time comes

i was planing to teach the client that she can't lift up the clild but she can ask for help to place the Child over her lap
